Take care of your back...
You never know when it might hurt!! I did something to my back today at work. I don't remember picking up anything out of the ordinary but it's been steadily hurting all day. I even left work at 4pm due to it. I've been laying on an ice pack and that relieves it for a bit but I hope it goes away by Monday. I hate getting old!!!

That is so strange as Friday the same thing happened to me, out of nowhere my back started to hurt so bad I could not hardly stand it. Geez, we got knees and backaches in common.....and I hate getting older too! :)
Backs are tricky and irritating things and can strike at your for no good reason.
I hope it's feeling better now.
